Return & Refund Policy

At PaperShoot India, we do not offer returns unless the product received is damaged or defective upon arrival. Returns are not applicable for products that stop functioning after successful delivery and initial use.

Damage or Defect Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@papershootindia.com so we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Important: The decision to approve a return or replacement is at the sole discretion of PaperShoot India, based on our evaluation of the product's condition and reported issue.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Include original tags and packaging
Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
